Question how to remove rear wheel bearing from hub?

im trying to change the rear wheel bearings on my sport. ive got the hubs off the car and taken all the brakes etc off so im left with the main body of the hub.

i know i have to pull the hub from the rear housing off, but i dont have a hub stand and hub remover, so how else can i do it? or what else can i use to get it off?

thanks in advance for any help!

sorry to say you need a press. Take the complete assembly to a decent garage and they should press the old one out and the new in for you>
