hi i need help, recently replaced my turbo inlet pipe, many bludy knuckles later, once i had the inlet manifold off i relised id broken the sensor that sits under the inlet manifold on my import impreza 96/97 plate, its got two vacuum pipes coming off it and a 2 pin plug, no1 seems to no wot this is of whether itll affect running of the car, any ideas?

can you post some photos turbo inlet and inlet manifold are two different things

sorry in order to replace the turbo pipe inlet side i had to take off the inlet manifold, and then found id broken the vaccum valve on the underside of the inlet manifold, i havent got pics sorry

have a look in the tecnical archive and look at the inlet removal guide to see if you can match up a photo of what the part is

if its the (doofer tecnical term) sticking out of the inlet manifold by the intake hose its a evaporation and perge valve. your best off getting a new one before you run the car
