Question MISFIRE AFTER REPLACING INJECTORS

Doing a bit of prep work finding out how the injectors are accessed ,removed and replaced which was goin fine till i put it all back together. In fact i only done the near side two .Anyway its now misfireing and i narrowed it down to one injector ,ive had them both out a couple of times since and put them back in as clean as i can .
It doesnt make any sense.
How should i clean them.
Any ideas.
