It's not full on launch control but it can be done on ecutek. ALS is also available with Ecutek. Not too many tuners here in the uk do it but it is widely used in Australia & USA.
Andy F was going to put the ALS on @ my last mapping session but it isn't switchable so I didn't go ahead with it.

Launch control is available if your car can use a "map switch" rom file. ALS is available as mentioned but not for European cars only JDM and yes it is actually switchable using the auto water spray button. So no reason not to go for it, as an added benefit the als rom for the JDM car also does away with the maf, it needs to be there but is not used.
Check with me on your car model and model year for suitability though.
suprised Andy didn't advise that.

Is that the GroupN 'MegaRom'? The OpenSource guys are in the early stages of testing/reverse engineering it. Does it have Knock control active as the ROM they have seems to have it disabled?

I could tell you that the lambo gally is good for nearly 200mph but there'd be no point as it doesnt apply to you, you dont have one.
Maybe Andy thought there is no point in telling you about features which are not available to you as you dont have the right car for them.
just a thought.
