Default only running on 2 cylinders, please help

Hi guys, got a problem.......i'm not getting power at the leads on the coil packs, one on each side of the engine, (both the black connectors, no spark!)
so only firing on 2 cylinders!
i have checked the wiring, and it seems fine, is there a relay or fuses i should be checking, (as my car is an import all the fuse box writing is in japanese)

What type and model year of car, and what makes you so sure the coilpack(s) are okay?

Have you checked the crank and cam sensors, they can get covered in carbon and muck which can affect pick up!
