Default boost question

right i have a w reg turbo 2000 which when i got it was running standard power and 0.6 boost.i then had engine trouble so changed my engine to this spec

ihi vf 24 turbo
uprated fuel pump
yellow injetors
front mount
full decat
and remapped ecu to 313

all this was removed from a donor car and fit to mine but my car still only boosts at 0.6 and does not feel over 300

i dont think i have a restrictor pill as the vac pipes on turbo have been changed and i cant feel any thing in them.

any ideas wat boost it should be running and how i up it

Best thing to do is get it check out on some rollers, you can't just fit bits and expect it to run same as the donor car. It sounds like it's in limp mode, some techsperts will correct if i'm wrong.
