Default what bhp can i expect after remap?

my 99 uk wagon fitted with, fmic, vf35, 440cc injectors, standard internals, apexi ecu with power commander, full turbo back 3 inch decat. standard fuel pump i think but an upgrade before remap. ecu not on car at the moment but will fit when i get to rolling road.
i want a decent hp increase but dont want to risk std internals really. would like to get around 300 bhp is this possible with my set up?

You should get bigger (550cc) injectors and aim for the above, 320/330.

I would suggest you stick with the 440s for this level. Upgraded to 550s myself and found that the car, when mapped with Ecutek, was a bit lumpy on small throttle openings. Nothing drastic, but noticeable. Bob Rawle and David at APi both explained that limitations of fueling control with Ecutek was basically to blame.

agree with ns04, unless your gonna get the turbo to give its bollox. 320/330 is a bit optimistic for that setup, not enough supporting mods like headers etc.

fuel pump wil def need to be change. bear in mind if there fitted before mapping i wouldn't drive it anywhere.

Good VF35 based set up....I would say this, because it's mine

Walbro 255lph Fuel pump
550 injectors (BUT I'D STICK WITH 440s if you're not getting the Simtek ECU)
VF35 Turbo
Ported and wrapped headers
Ninja sports cat DP, H&S original scooby design backbox and centre section
Simtek ECU (wouldn't bother with Ecutek anymore for a MY99)
Hybrid FMIC
K&N 57i Induction kit
Dump valve delete

Mine produces 340 of each.

If you stick with the TMIC (get uprated silicon pipes), expect more like 310-20. Still nice though!
