Hi guys,
rebuilt my 99uk turbo and runs sweet but i have no boost and have tryed everything from the boost solianod to the actuator and everything else, not when my engine blew up the piston rings and most of the piston cam out the exhaust and i think may have damaged the turbo and they is a slight rattle wich im sure it comming from the turbo, theres not oil, no smoke anything but just cant get her to boost but the one thing i can say it i have a lot of turbo chatter which i didnt have before soo now im stumped lol

Bent/broken fins on the turbo from the debris? Did you not check this while you were rebuilding it?

If it was bent fins then it souldn't pass any oil i wouldn't have though but it also wouldn't give you any boost for obvious reasons.

Best thing to do would be to take off the down pipe and have a look in.

 

Totally agree take off the exhaust have a look, if your engine packed up and chucked bits out the exhaust then the only way out was through the turbo!!! Fair bet it's knackered
