Whatever size they turn out to be (and I suspect they are 550s), the one on the far left is scrap as it is missing the nozzle spray cap and would cause a misfire if fitted.

Pintle caps can be replaced. Looking at the condition of them i would certainly get them serviced i.e. flowed and checked.

Speak to Mark at http://www.lateralperformance.com/

If they're legacy specials then these may just be standard, especially if they Got JECS on them hmmm...

Me personally if thats all the power you want then i would suggest you put the yellow 400's in. But i would definitely spend a little money on an after market regulator. You will see multiple reasons for replacing the fuel reg on these forums.

Good Luck

You will be fine with 440's for those power levels. Stick to the yellows for the time being i would say. As i'm sure those red injectors will be no better.

If you plan on further modifications in the future then obviously the 550's will give you more headroom.

Good Luck

just to add to this thread, these injectors may not be 550cc.

they could be the 280cc from the legacy 2.5???
i'm after a set of 550cc injectors, and due to this thread looked for the red ones, if jecs then more than likly they are the 280cc ones

ej25 injectors vs/ej22 injectors [Archive] - NASIOC

^^ i think your right mate , they are the 280cc form the legacy 2.5 as the part number matches up , so smaller then my 380's i have now , ebay seller keeps trying to say they 550's but i only paid £20 for them so not too botherd,
still don't know whefer to run the 440cc's yellow injectors, and be right on the limit or buy some 550's so i know they are not going to hold the car back ,
does any one know where i can get some 550cc's from for a good price , cheers

i'm running 440cc one at the mo. im after 330/340 bhp
been told that 440cc injectors will be more maxed so better to fit 550cc one & get it mapped

sard do the red ones with 550cc.
but the jecs are standard for scoobs and seem to be 280cc
i'm yet to find out what colour the 550cc one are
