I think this is a common fault with these tanks

if youve over filled the tank - its probable that the coolant youve lost is just due to expansion under pressure/heat.

however now that its down to the minimum mark and still dropping indicates a leak somwhere else

either put it in a garage to diagnose the leak or do it yourself.

start the car up, and look under the bonnet for any visual drips, often leaks can stay hidden until up to normal operating temp, when the pressure increases.

check under the car all the time for drips that could lead you to the source.

obv the leaks can be from anywhere in the cooling system ,from cracked/split hoses, water pumps, corroded coolant pipes, radiators or just simply loose jubilee clamps ect.

also check that the water isnt going into the engine via head gasket failure, or crakcks in head/block. i dont know common faults on these engines inparticular, but its just generic advice.
