Question Spec d rear diff temp sensor - modified wiring help

Hi all,

I've taken the temp sensor out of the spec d diff as the plastic housing is bust and I dont have the male connector. Looking at the internals, there's a thin blade connector and two small-ish pin hole connections below it, either on with an electrical wiring pushing down it or a thin metal rod gives ohms reading with the blade connector - anyone know if this temp sensor is a always on circuit unless temp goes over 150 deg, then the circuit switches off and that sends the warning to oe DCCD unit? I can't test it as unable to get 150 deg on the brass part of the sensor, only got a kettle lol.
