slightly wandering off topic what power gains should I expect with my mods on a late 99 classic, with the 5/6 version STi intercooler and Y pipe, PPP pack and stainless steel cat back exhaust ?
will a decat centre increase it by much, seems the easiest next mod.. easyer than down pipe decat !

just to also answer a question. i got map by jgm but didnt get a reading as i felt he knew the power but say about 300 lb ft torque. i might just leave car as not worth it an happy as it is

She will run about 240-250bhp depending on fuel and if you decat that centre pipe, but you will gain extra torque which you will feel in 5th (which will feel like the old 4th).

Cold air is much better for your engine and you should get a slightly better BHP result in the winter.
