Default central locking

HELP PLEASE... I have an 02 sti prodrive. Today my central locking seems to be playing up when i use the fob it turns the alarm off but not opens the door, i can hear the locks un-lock then lock again straight away. It all works ok with the key. Any ideas? It is the usual sigma alarm system.
