Hello, I have a 98r plate uk turbo 2000.
runs fine untill it warms up. driving along in 3rd, check engine light comes on, and engine dies down to idle, drop it to second and away i go, usually. Had this happen a few times, and then had to stop and restart agin to drive off, any thought chapps??

 

Check help page on my website www.jollygreenmonster.co.uk and read the error code.
My guess would be maf.
Dont ignore it and continue as you may blow the engine.
