Default HELP - Emissions

Please can anyone suggest a solution to my problem, the garage cannot get the emissions down to a pass level, the problem i believe is CO2.

I have had a problem with it starting when cold for the last month or so this could be related.

It has a standard Cat on.

any ideas?

sounds like either the cat is knackered or you have a duff o2/Lamda sensor
