sold an intercooler on ebay for £100 i think for a bugeye sti intercooler which turned out to be a wrx one with sti painted on it , it came with a samco y pipe and a dump valve and was sold on behalf of a friend , the FRIEND will not give the guy a refund and stated that he wouldnt give me the money back 4 it if i gave him my own money as a refund , i did state no returns accepted and it was quite cheap even for what he got , but i feel bad for the boy but dont really have £100 to lose over a friends mistake as i have 2 kids ???

 

Did you post clear pictures of the intercooler? Either way I think if it has not turned up as described paypal will give him a refund from your money as it was your error

£100 aint a cheap wrx intercooler.

how comes you got involved, sounds like it was your mates duty to sell it.

as i said he was a mate and didnt have ebay also i didnt mean 100 for just an intercooler , he got a good dump valve , the intercooler AND the blue samco y pipe ?

I've just seen the add, the whole description's wrong. It's listed as a sti 6 bugeye tmic. Bug is V7, and your mate would have known it was a wrx tmic as the sti is bigger. Sounds like he's pulling a fast one at your expense.

 

as said there is a noticable difference between an sti intercooler and a wrx one.your mate if he was a real mate should be sorting this out.i would tell him what i thought of him if i was you.

 

hes opened dispute anyway well see where it goes as we have our nanas funeral 2 deal with just now so this is the last thing i want to think off thanks for every1's input , cheers guys
