Key falls out while driving

Key falls out while driving
Hey guys hope everyone is enjoying the snow, i have a couple of problems and was just wandering if someone could help.
Firstly - The key come out while the car is on, this is worrying the car stays on but the key just slips out.
Secondly - I have just found out how to put four wheel drive on my car and it seems like it does not have much power the revs get quite high before anything happens
What shall i do please help if you can thanks
