Default Spark plug air gap...

can someone please enlighten me as to the correct air gap for my96 wrx import classic spark plugs as i will be cracking on with them in the morning, looks like a right ball-ache but hey anythings possible haha. went genuine and got from subaru, got to say id never paid that much for a set for any car before hope theyre gold plated.....

also whats the correct way of checking water/antifreeze levels on them? the header? ive owned it for a year but tbh theres parts of the water system everywhere and nothings ever straight foreward with a subaru lets be fair.

cheers guys, any help much appreciated. dale.
