ive used the comma stuff in mine with distilled water and it runs fine.
avoid the red organic stuff from halfords. that gave me problems. hence i went to that comma stuff which is blue.

Blue/green colours are usually the older style ones. newer OAT ones are orange and red and offer the longest life with decent performance. You should run with the least amount you need though, stepping up for winter if it gets real cold. Anything above about 4:1 water will be ok for corrosion and normal chilly weather.
The rumours (including an american class action lawsuit) that were abounding about it eating gaskets/rubber/plastic/steel/biscuits was a load of bollocks btw.
