10W-40 or 10W-50.
A 50 obviously maintains a thicker viscosity when oil's up to temp (thus delivering more oil pressure to the bearings) - as measured at 100deg C in units called centistokes.
50 prob only essential if trackdaying/clubman racing/hillclimbs etc. But no harm in fitting it for more normal everyday driving too...
