I had issues after picking up my car from a bodyshop after a big paint job (insurance) had the car a good three days before i noticed the absolutely gash job. Took it back with a list as long as my arm- pointed all out with the manager. He couldn't appologise enough. ensuring all faults would be rectified. Needless to say they sorted it.... to a degree (i had to get the car mopped as i felt the paint finish wasn't deep enough) But to answer your question, you are fully entitled to take it back with any paint faults and they have to fix it!!
