Default Zero Sports air box pipe on a classic.

Hi, i've just bought one of the above for my MY99 uk turbo 2000, and on the OE ribbed pipe there is a pipe from a black plastic can that attaches to the under side of it, but on the Zero one there is no hole to attach it, will it be o.k just to leave it disconnected?
Thanks in advance.

i guess you're talking about the tank venting. no problem to leave it disconnected as long as you keep it away from heat sources. same as with the samco airbox pipes.

I can't really tell any major difference, it does feel smoother, but it has also just had some Forte fuel flush and a tank full of V-Power after a couple of weeks on bog standard Shell fuel,
You never really know if these items just have a "placebo" effect or do genuinely make a difference
