If you only remove the 3rd CAT you'll be fine. Make sure you get a third CAT pipe with the threaded bung for the O2 sensor. Mine will be up for sale in about 8 weeks time when I fit the sports CAT.

Ok, thanks.
I just opened the third cat, removed all restrictions, and close it again!
Now i´m ready to put it on back, i just was afraid of cel light.
But like you said will be ok.
One more thing did you get any gain or just more noise?

cats on x reg bugeye
i need help got a x reg bug eye just bought it told it had a de cat down witch it has, im in the process of buying a used cat/down pipe and mid pipe for emmisions, but on inspection today it looks like the up pipe has been decacated as theres no heat sheilds around it like the normal standard oem ones seen on ebay,
also i have one lambda sensor just before the up pipe and a temp sensor at the top of the up pipe the other lamda sensor is at the top of down pipe just behind the turbo like a classic!but i see a daigram on here of the second lambda sensor on the mid pipe on the third cat mine has no sensor on the lower end of the decat, where the third decat would be,will it pass emmisions test with no up pipe cat but has the down pipe cat and third cat in place? also i have no emmisions lights on so would it have been remapped is this normal HELP PLEASE....
