If you have pressure and smoke coming out the oil filler hole and blue smoke from the exhaust, I would suggest you have piston/ring issues causing excessive blowby and generating crankcase pressure. The turbo can't pressurise the crankcase.

I would suggest you get a compression test done as soon as possible as that will identify if you have piston issues.

Could there be a possibility that the breathers can be blocked? There is lots of oil in the boost controller and air filter again?
