Default Best tyres and prices

Probably going to be changing my tyres soon, what are the best, Toyo's, Goodyear, yokohamma?

I currently have Bridgestone potenza's which are okay, where is the best place to get them from?

Going to be 215/45/17

Thanks,

David

Cheapest on tinterweb as far as I can see.

As Myles said I'd try Camskill. I'm getting some Yokohama Parada 2's when I need tyres next. £73odd each from Camskill.....£92 was the lowest price I found locally for those tyres. Most garages/tyre fitters will fit them for you for usually £10-£15 per wheel including balancing & valves.

No problem
TBH I've never worried too much about the load index when buying tyres as the tyres I buy are usually more than suitable for the job. From what I know the load index indicates the max. weight that each tyre can support under load. Theres a lot of info on the subject on the net;

The tyres I have now are load index n#87 on my classic if that helps Goodluck, Gareth

Vredestien Ultrac Sessanta - AS GOOD AS RE070 only a lot cheaper.

Less than £100 a corner from camskill for mibne and they are 225/45/17 so 215's should be cheap like the budgie

It's really up to you that one, maybe stick with what you know works for you
Although some will say the grip level is better with the 225 over a 215 but I doubt you'd be able to tell the difference IMO.
