I would first check the wires going to the horn and horn button (on steering wheel) just to check that no wires have just come off, fuses are another thing to check if you have a multimeter check that there is power going to the horn. Also check for breaks further along the wires. Your horn itself may have died so if you have another horn you could swap it with (even if its a horn from another car) that may help you find the problem. Other than that I don't know
Goodluck with it all, Gareth Oh and if you decide to change the horn if thats at fault the below link may be useful;

Not sure if yours will be the same but on my 95sti the horn and the brake lights are on the same fuse. Try the brake lights first and if they dont work the fuse is in the drivers side footwell. I would then disconnect the horn and try replacing the fuse, this will prove if its the horn or the brakes thats the problem.

Its more than likely the horn thats knackered.

Dont bother using your horn in a classic scooby, people will just laugh at you.

I'm pretty sure the horn in a cinquecento is more masculine.

Not true for my classic as I fitted a Stebel Nautilus electric air horn

Scares the sh*t out of people
