Coming home the other down M18 nice and steady (about ton)
Some muppet up my **** so I floored it, hit about 120 and the CEL came on, Knock link didnt flash anything and neither did lambda.

Anyone got any ideas of what and where I can check as to why the CEL is coming on?

I willbe taking the car to Germany in April when I go work over there for about year and would prefer not to have problems before I even get there.

I know the oil is due a change and I have just order 6lts of Motul 300v.

Also the speed started jumping all over the place, I had a similar issue with my UK classic where the speedo never moved until I hit about 60 and then it would be all over the place.

Anyone know if the speedo is a common fault in classics? and how it can be fixed?
