Cold air feed into P1 fog cover
How would you attach the air feed cone to the P1 cover hole so it doesn't fall out?

Could you not just attach the cold feed hose on to the back of the cover with a jubilee clamp? Is there not a lip on the inside.

If there IS a lip, then can you not do this?

Fit a piece of silicone tube, ideally with a hump, into the back of the vent and into the inside of the tube- simples.

there is a product called Q bond in body trade and is a 2 part system 1)is glue-strong super glue,2)is a powder- when you can get access to back of bumper (ie bumper off) you put powder on and squirt glue onto powder, this turns solid and i mean solid,no mixing, spreading,or waiting to go off,its instant soon as they mix its solid, good **** man, lol, only thing is you need access but when we are repairing bumpers we remove first, this may help you if bumper is off ? can get this from a paint company called colorwerx,HTH

The cone does not go into the cover, you fit a pipe on to the back of the fog cover run up to the cone in the engine bay.

oh, I'd better check my pipe fits in there, does it just sit in the fog light or do you glue it/fix it?
Thanks for the replies

Yup- as above- I just used the silicone joiner as te back of the vent and te pipe were the same dameter, so had to join them using a hump hose.
Worth heat shielding the filter in the bay too

if I put a wide air feed on would it need a tweaking on the map since it's sucking in more air?
What would be better, smaller pipe attached behind the bumper wedge, or larger one attached to a P1 fog light?
