hi just been sat for a while chattin on phone and the under bonnet temp would have rose so maybe cause? drove and it goes well but felt slightly reserved looked at gauge and only hitting .4 of a bar where as usually runs around .9? checked boost pipes etc no boost leaks or vac pipes adrift could it have been because of the heat soak? only have air filter and fmic fitted otherwise standard. any ideas?

hi mate. could be faulty MAF sensor. my car was doing similar thing, just wasn't accelerating as hard as it usually does. took it for diagnostics test at local garage and it showed that MAF was knackered. ordered one off graham goode much cheaper than subaru. car runs like it should now.
