Does anyone have a step by step guide or something to fit a front bumper to my facelift classic?

Mine has been crash repaired int he past and i can't seem to fit any aftermarket bumpers on, however when i bought it the original front bumper was sitting fine and it all looked straight. The damge repair isn't so pretty though it lookes pissed and terrible!!

cor thats horrible damage to them chassis rails! what CAT is that? bet it wernt recorded

 

erm cat c or d i text one of those hpi things when i stripped it down and saw the damage and it came back as a c or d i can't remember so it must have been recorded, is that a good thing?

Is it okay?
