revs up and down on tickover???????

Default revs up and down on tickover???????

hi
was out in my 95 wrx classic yesterday was ticking over at about 1800 when first started,no problem engine was cold choke on,warmed up revs dropped to about 850 then next it was back up to 1800 when stopped at lights and could feel it when you changed gear?then it would tickover nice??????any ideas please

ps it has been modded ie injectors,fuel pump,fmic,bell mouth decat,apex ecu remap etc running about 340-350 bhp

u checked all your inlet hoses have no leaks? or a vac pipe?

is it running with standard maf or converted orange ???

Control valve or maff maybe the problem here, clean out as said and if no joy it's never a bad thing doing the maf.

i had the same problem it turned out to be the vac pipe to my boost gauge had come loose, so check the vac lines/boost

I had the same issue last week. Replaced the coolant temp sensor & everything is now sweet!
