Default POOR STARTING

Hi, my 03 blob sti just suffered a poor cold start, was ok early this morning and normaly starts instantly but at 3pm it took maybe 5 to 10 secs to start, it did it back in the very cold weather and i thought it might be the ecu temp sender ,but now im not so sure . Has anyone else had a problem like this and sorted it ?

yes, its only done a couple of times over a year or so and i always put it down to very cold weather ,hence thinking it was ecu temp sender faulty, but it was mild today , can anyone give some advice on wether coil packs or spark plugs could give such intermitant symptoms if they were failing ?
cars done 67k , running PFR6B s which are approx 15months old ,covered 7k. could it be plugs already ?
