hey there i drive a 2003 WRX and i am contemplating the AMS 02-07 Subaru STI/WRX Rotated Mount GT3076R V-Band Turbo kit but i am just wondering if anyone has one or has any information on its reliability. Also will need to know it would be suitable as i would be using my car from day to day to travel from work. Any info would be greatly appreciated on whether its worth getting.
in other words isit safe to be running my impreza at 500bhp on a daily basis without any serious problems popping up?

 

Erm on standard internals no. you would be on borrowed time.

There are many issues to running 500 reliably. Not simply bolting on a turbo that is capable of flowing enough.

 

ahh ok cheers i think ill scrap that idea, come to think of it 500bhp is a little too much

 

You would need to do a little more than bolt on a rotated turbo for 500brake.....

 

oh dear,not another i want 500bhp from just bolting a turbo on.

 

turbo and another £30K
