impreza engine mounts are they all the same ?

Default impreza engine mounts are they all the same ?

as above i own a 2003 53 plate blob eye wrx and im gettin a banging/knocking sound when on/off the power im presuming its engone mount are they all the same for all imprezas of modle/year specific ?? also where is best plce to get them thanks in advance chris

That's not really correct. The mounts actually supplied on regular Type UK and standard spec JDM STi cars tend to be the same the equivalent model year's WRX. The only ones Subaru supply that are that are significantly stronger/stiffer are the Group N homologation special STi ones that are available as hop-up parts.

They may be fitted standard on the newage Spec C's but I'm not sure about that.

Band_wagon: There are subtle differences in design from one year to the next (in 2005MY I think they're donut rather than rectangle shaped) but as far as I'm aware they're all cross-compatible with each other, at least up until the introduction of the hatch.
