Default Brembo 4 pot front brakes (pcd 114) on 2005 sti. Removal problem

Hi

trying to change the discs on front wheels. when i try and remove the top 19mm bolts on the back of the calipers there is another bolt which is part of the steering mechanism which is preventing its full removal. Are there any ways round this or do i have to remove this other bolt. Its around 23mm. any advice would be a winner

I had to take the other bolt out. Seems a bit of poor design. Most important tool was the 24 inch breaker bar. Genious. Even with the strength of ten bears those bolts wouldn't have budged
