If good quality oil has been used in the past and changed regularly, then no, do not use flush.

Don't use engine flush, it's not a good idea for a couple of different reasons.

In your position, you can probably do one of two things. Either not worry about it and carry on a good oil change regime from this point forward, or, change the oil and filter, run it for a couple of days, making sure you give the engine some hard work and allow it to get nicely hot, and then change the oil and filter again. This will get rid of everything that can easily be removed, and without the potentially negative effects of "flush".

Also, if you haven't done so already, it'd be well worth you having a peruse of the Oil Change Questions thread which will be back up near the top of the forum very shortly, if it isn't already.
