Default Help, car wont start

I have a Classic Version 3 Sti.

Bit of background first:
Put car into Body shop to get side skirts and Spoiler resprayed on Wednesday morning, left it with them and they had it started and took it in their garage to have prepped etc, on Thursday the car wouldnt start an its been like that ever since.

Not had a chance to speak to the sprayer properly yet but dont believe they have been in the engine bay at all and mileage has not gone up so know its not been taken out anywhere.

Was out tonight with a friend who knows more than me about cars to check what the situation is.
When trying to start car it just keeps turning over but not starting.
Fuel pump is priming and even detached the fuel hose at the filter and there's plenty of fuel gushing out when turning over.
Took each lead off the coil pack one by one and each plug has sparks from it.
Battery doesnt seem to be an issue otherwise it wouldnt keep turning over.

Cant see all the spark plugs or leads going faulty at the same time, id understand one or two but then if that was the case then it would surely start but be running very rough.

Also after the first couple of tries at starting it failed, I tried starting it and giving it some throttle and it did manage to start but was very rough and soon died but after that Iv tried giving it some throttle but hasnt started again, nothing happens at all now when trying pumping the throttle when turning it over.

Anyone got any idea what it could be?

It would seem to me that the fuel isnt getting to any of the spark plugs but dont know why that would be as the fuel seems to be getting through the fuel lines as it should.

i had this problem and it turned out to be a cam sensor so it might be a cam or crank sensor.
