I have a 1996 UK Turbo 2000 with a Prodrive rear box and a Z4 ECU, I believe that this has the TD05 16g?

I am aiming for around 320-330bhp within the next 6 months or so and have put together a list of what I 'think' would get me there.

Walbro 225
440cc injectors
Japspeed FMIC
Japspeed full decat race exhaust
ESL daughterboard remap

Can any of you shed light on if this would get me to my target or if I need to go further? If so, what would I be looking to get from the proposed mods?

assuming it is a td05 then shohld hit 320 ish, just depends on the tubby, there not that reliable giving out specific figures.

If I was to push for further power, I assume a new Turbo would be needed? as well as a further map.

Would I need anything other than a new Turbo to go beyond the 320 bhp mark? If so what else woudl I need?

 

hi i have the same car as yours, bought 2 months ago. but mine is 1995 reg. i have 3'' full decat exhaust system which sounds f****** loud. and i have induction kit. the car is fast enough as it is but i want new turbo front mount intercooler and injectors same as yours, i have looked around and parts will cost around 600 quid. but i cant find any one who will do remap on my car

 

i have a v1 sti with similar mods, plus colder plugs and apexi ecu.

its been mapped and around 310bhp.

i was told to get it up more will need diff maf/ maf delete and bigger inj.

ive got 660s and waiting on a z32 maf.

also getting a td05-18g from harvey along with ported heat wrapped headers and up-pipe next week.

think the standard turbo can flow up to 350bhp

some cars make more than mine on same mods - its really just car/engine specific i think
