Default smoke from turbo

hi everyone

i have turbo 2000 1995. and i have a problem there is a smoke coming out of the bottom of the turbo every time i have been puttin my foot down. the smoke is white and it stinks. but the thing is i have leakin radiator so it only holds half of the water/coolant that suposse to hold. so i am wonderin if its the case if the turbo is not cooled properly. because there is not enough coolant in my radiator. i have been checkin my oil levels and they stay the same. because i have been told that if ur oil levels are goin down ur turbo is going as well. so could you help me please guys. thank you very much
