Cusco Pillow Ball Top Mount Help
Right I got these of a fellow member on here:
Now i went to try and fit them this weekend (see project thread in sig for full write up) and the thread on the Eibach coilover damper is smaller then the thread on the top mount.
Now i really would like to fit this to adjust the camber more on the front, but is there any way to get a smaller thread on the top mounts?
Its as if the Eibach damper is an M10 thread and the bolt in the top mount is a M12
I dont know if its possible to have a threaded sleeve put into the nut and then tap the sleeve out to the right size?
Or is there new ball joints that you can get?
Or should i scrap the idea all together?

The nuts are a push fit in the spherical, you can get them in different thread sizes & also to fit different size sphericals, the only problem is that im not sure where you could actually buy them from.
I had a similar problem on another car of mine but I managed to mackle up the right size by using parts from 3 different top mounts I had lying around.
If you cant find anyone who sells what you want try taking the nuts you have to a machine shop & ask them to make the same thing but with the thread you need.
