Default changing hawk wrx brake pads

Anybody now what the best way is to remove caliper to get at the brake pads.

There are 4 14 mm ones and 2 17mm ones (assume you only need these removed if changing the disks). There are also 2 pins. Do you just knock these out and keep caliper as it is?

Any other advice?

Cheers

There is a cross spring clip on the top holding the pads tight it will come of as you remove the pins . then with a bar or screwdriver work the pads so it moves the pistons on the caliper this will release the pads.
