The thing that jumps out and alarms me is the FMIC being run on only a Scooby ECU chip!
Really need a bespoke remap on a replacemnt ECU (or ESL Live). The FMIC will have increased the volume of air significantly.... but with only the same fuelling as OEM (well, maybe a bit more fuelling, running the Scooby ECU). But nonetheless, your fuelling will invariably be lean when on boost.
Your engine could be next...

hmmm not sure was told by engine tuner at last rolling road running sweet if a tad rich no issues at all has been like it for well over 60 thousand miles . is this the sensor people keep on about cleaning with sensor cleaner after plugging in the wires under the dash ??

Oh, right! If you've had the AFRs checked on the RR by Alan/Martyn, then no worries.
It was this otherwise "unknown" situation I was worried about ![Wink](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/smilies/wink.gif)
Blimey, that Scooby ECU really does run enough fuelling - nice to know.

going to check with alan tomoz but have been told its because 16.6psi =1.15bar and that is more than the version1 3port solonoid with std map sensor can take ie 1bar limit =2.5volts output signal . so i can either fit version 2 map sensor and rewire or buy a aftermarket one ( apparantly version 2map sensor will allow 2.2bar does this sound about right ?? therefore allowing me to run 16.6psi without killing map sensors

I thought the MY93-96's (3-port BCS) MAPs were all 2.2bar (allowing a max. 1.15bar relative boost).
I think the MY97/98's (2-port BCS) MAP is something like 2.4bar absolute (1.4bar relative).
But yeah, the MY93-96 Scooby ECU will typically run 1.1-1.15bar (as you're experiencing)...
