if your running more boost then a NGK PFR7B may be more suitable, but if your on stock(ish) boost then as stated above the NGK PFR6B is the one to go for, also always buy NGK don't bother with any of these fancy (read expensive) plugs from the likes of HKS, Splitfire, etc they are OK but way over priced IMHO NGK make the best plugs regardless of price.
