id like to fit these parts to my 93 wrx but clinic wll be closed to ask. rather than click buy it now then find out lol. i know it wont be crap but i did fancy some millers cfs 10-40 for it...

It's called marketing. Good for Scooby Clinic and good for Prolong. I'm sure the oil is good stuff. Go to the Prolong website and find out for yourself.

ive asked them about the plugs tho. doesnt say what grade theyre offering.

7's a grade cooler than standard? had a dyno at clinic gave 310brake but have more boost and a 3"system since...

i have had a reply from clinic they use this oil on all service cars from 225-650bhp engines

Yep, the higher the number the "colder" the plug.

So a 7 grade runs "one level" cooler than a 6 i.e. conducts away more heat/withstands higher cylinder pressures.

Yeah. They can help, in their own small way, against detonation (should it ever arise for whatever reason).
