De-Limit a 1996 UK Turbo

Hi
I have a MY96 UK Turbo 2000 and have installed a Z4 ECU.
The only issue I have with the ECU is that on track runs I seem to hit a limiter that wont allow it to go over 120mph (as read by the speedo).
I have done a search and can see various options about the speedo convertor on imports; however this is a UK car with a Z4 ECU fitted and therefore reads in MPH already.
In the searches I can find no explanation that makes sense to me on how to do it on my set up.
Are thee any simple ways to de-limit the speed so I can go in excess of the 120mph shown by the speedo? I don’t want to have an ESL yet, I am looking for a 'cheap fix' for the moment, if one is available.
Thanks

sounds like the z4 has come from an import, your best and cheapest option would be to go on ebay and get a £45 ecu chip from aisdeal in latvia they are good and delimit the ecu as well as give the car some more horses. his chips are good and i would recommend him as i have already had one from him and it works perfectly

The z4 IS from an import. (suprised it works in a uk car)
I along with most other users on here would not buy a chip off ebay unless from a reputable dealer.
If I were you I would sell the z4 you can get up to £100 for these and buy a chip for your original ecu off "major sarcasm" he is selling them in the general section and come with excellent feedback.
As for your limiter question it makes no sense. I run a z4 ecu and it was limited until I fitted a km-mph convertor.
