Default Revolution Exhaust Query

Anyone got a revolution 3" decat exhaust on their cars?

They claim it to be one of the quietest systems which still passes track day DB requirements whilst not being too droney, just after some feedback.

Cheers

Mine has passed at Bedford with a CAI as well, although just on the limit for the static test.

i have just installed a 3" Slashcut on my V3 STI type R, that is standard, apart from the exhaust, and i was blackflagged on a Danish track, showing 103db on driveby, were max allowed was 99, so more then twice the sound pressure

So i need to put on extra silencer on mine

Hi Martin,

I know a lad with a Miltek system that's really quiet....

Mine 3" APS (de-cat) and I passed a static at Cadwell by quite a margin, not sure if levels are creeping down tho'.

HTH

Thanks for the feedback guys, might have a look at the Miltek system as ive not really heard of the other quieter ones. Dont mind it a bit louder but want it to pass noise tests on track and for it not to drone on the motorway.

Just had a look on Milteks website and can see their system is 2.75 inch where as the revolution system is 3.00 inch. Does this mean its better to go for the revolution system if looking for the best power gains?

Thanks

Only around 400 bhp will a 3" system show much benefit, IMHO.

LeeP lives near me and has the Miltek, you could PM him....

P.S. His WRX is making plenty of power and torque. IMHO.
