I have a blob STi PPP fitted with a TD05 18g, mapped to 340 bhp 332 lbft. Aside from the turbo all other bits are standard. What is best route to free up more from the 18g?

I will not de-cat, but will change other parts of the Prodrive exhaust system. What is realistic by going this route?

What injector size are you running? What's the boost level you running at the mo?

 

I had 363/358 with an 18g and decat on my blob sti.
Boost was running 1.7bar dropping to 1.4.

 

365bhp is about as good as you are going to get chap

Joz - Think it's 1.5 bar. Injector size as on 03 STi PPP (whatever that may be, I know...............I'm useless)

Will it get to 365 region on a sports cat?

Just interested what is possible, if gains are marginal, I'll probs leave as is.

I would imagine it will be the pink 550 injectors.

 

yeah, the 550s are OEM, I think. Good for around 390-420bhp.

I think the 18g could make 380bhp (if very lucky)... but set your sights on 360, as it should defo make that.... Mind, that said, it's pushing 1.5bar already making 'only' 340, so not sure if it can be pushed much further.
