Default NGK PRF6B Spark Plugs

Hi, about to get a service done on my 2003 STi and thought I'd check the spark plugs. They are NGK PRF6B, are these the standard STi ones?

Also, whats the best oil to use these days. I was going to order direct from Subaru but I am worried I'll be ripped off.

The plugs you quote are the standard grade for that STi. Unless you have increased the power by a fair amount, they are fine. Replace them and/or set gap to 0.7mm
Use a fully synthetic 5/40 or 10/40 eg Millers CFS, Silkolene, Motul etc or a good quality semi-synthetic 10/40
If you have trouble sourcing this locally, check out Opie Oils website. Get the new filter from them, too.
