Question Sort of clunk or noise on turning right ???

Whilst turning right around a normal 90 deg corner say, half way i get a "feeling" or a clunk or knock type noise that appears to come from the o/s/f area of the car. It only does it once whilst turning, no squeeling, more i can feel it, and like i say sounds like a clunk. Not very descriptive i know! Not there all the time, not there when i turn left, not there on full lock, only happens once per turn and not every turn either! LOL.
Hmmm, i am at a loss as to what this could be??? Wheel bearing? Someat on steering linkages? Worn bush?

I had something similar, turned out the front ARB was fouling the steering mechanism. Lots of things to go wrong down there though!
