Default Oil breather / seperator leak

While servicing the car i spotted this....

Im sure its a common issue but is it resolved simply with a new seperator gasket? Does it cause or is it a sign of more worryin issues?

Also, does it just unbolt and then bolt back on without issue?

I know it looks straight forward but i dont know my way around these cars so dont want to mess it up

Yeah you can replace the gasket, it's as easy as it looks. Try importcarparts.co.uk for the gasket, or a subaru dealer. I've found import car parts to be better and cheaper than my local dealer
